Fall is here!
As I looked out my window this afternoon, I noticed the leaves falling off all my backyard trees. Yes, fall is here! Where has the time gone this year? I am anticipating cooler weather, hot tea, sweatshirts & jeans, baking, and candle burning again though! I've had to remind myself that my book is not me, only my experience
with the Healer. I must live in the moment and not miss the important
events in my life, so book events have had to take a backseat. I've been back to school for almost a trimester now and that has taken up much of my time. Exciting football games, watching my grandsons have taken priority too. There have also been fun birthday parties, church and family time as well, that I love. However, my book has done very well at Walgreen's, in Keokuk, this last summer. Additionally, all my books sold at the Wildrose bookstore in Iowa City Hospital, which I will replenish. The Lost Canvas, Willow Tree, and Java River here in Keokuk have my book available for purchase. The Bookmark in Ft. Madison still has a few, as well as Burlington Christian Gift & Book Shoppe if you're in that area. The Quincy, Mall will be having a book-signing on Black Friday. It will be held at Quincy Books (Quincy, Illinois) on November 27, 2015 from 9-1pm. Several local authors, including myself, have signed up, so if you're out & about, please drop by to check out the new books and let a friend know too. Books make great gifts! This last printing of my book is almost gone. as I've been able
to give away many who need to hear about the healing power of Jesus. God always makes sure I run into the right people that need the healing message that never changes. Until next time, "Happy reading to all you avid book readers out there!" There's nothing like curling up on the couch with your favorite book is there? I will leave you with this quote from page 89 in My Journey to Healing: "Do Not Give Up! Grace Will See You Through.

Jesus is Lord!
This whole summer has flown by! I have been able to get my book into the hands of pastors in Cameroon, Uganda and Nigeria, Africa. I also mailed my book to Pakistan and India pastors and their churches that requested my book. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all the work it takes to get my book to the people of this world. But my Lord Jesus helps me everyday to make the divine connections he wants me to make. I praise Him for that. I've connected with pastors in Quincy, IL and local stores are allowing me to put my book into their stores. Above all of this, the thought that rings through my mind is, "I must let others know how much they are loved by God, and what a Healer Jesus is!" If my book can reach one heart and one spirit, then all the hard work was worth it to me. Jesus is still Lord over all sickness and disease. He will remain so forever! If you need healing today, receive it from Heaven! He has purchased for anyone that will come to Him by faith through grace. Until next time, keep your mind of Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith; who for the joy set before Him, endured the cross-JUST FOR YOU! Only believe and receive His mercy and goodness. Jesus is Lord!!

This week has been exceptionally fruitful!! I was asked to speak at my area hospital to other cancer patients, survivors, and the families of those affected by cancer. I placed my business cards in several businesses, hospitals and stores this week. A local Christian Promise Land opportunity was very productive in Ottumwa, IA. Several people wanted to know more about my book, and where to order it. They also shared their stories of surviving cancer with me.Two 16-year old young ladies from MO were very interested in my book. They asked me if they could pray for me. I consented, and they prayed heaven on Earth into my life! God is so good! A lady from Pakistan connected with me on FB today. Two weeks ago, I mailed her a copy of my book. She is sharing my healing testimony in her Sunday School and her husband, a pastor, will be sharing my book with his congregation. Every day I encounter people of all walks of life, from various parts of the world we live in, that need to hear about God's grace and healing mercy. So today, I am thankful to my Father in heaven for all the arrangements, events, and opportunities for me to share my healing testimony. To Him be all the glory forever and ever!

Last week was a milestone for me. I was given a great report from my doctor at the University of Iowa Hospital. After four years, no more CT scans! Praise God! God has been the "Healer" for me throughout this journey, and this was no exception. My Journey to Healing was a process of miracles that got me to where I am now. I encourage everyone to remember that nothing is impossible with God! He did it for me and He'll do it for you! Only Believe!
